We are offering a beautiful and sunny room in De Beauvoir, close to the De Beauvoir Block and De Beauvoir Rose Garden! The room is available now with a relaxed move-in date.

The House:
A lovely and large period conversion home right in De Beauvoir (featuring some mid-century furniture / aesthetics), with a spacious living room with great light, a big bathroom (with a bath for all of those cold winter days!), an office (great for COVID), and three wonderfully big bedrooms. The house is close to the N1 garden centre, an incredible indian restaurant and many of the areas legendary pubs.

The Room:
The room itself comes COMPLETELY furnished. It has a double bed (with drawers), desk, large closet with storage and an extra storage structure. It has a lovely antique fireplace which gives the room some great charm, as well as a great window with an incredible view of the neighbourhood (see pictures). The window has a great black-out shade that blocks any sunny mornings. The room is otherwise incredibly bright and airy.

The Flatmates:
The flatmates are unbelievably lovely, and really make the flat feel like a 'home' rather than just a house. They all work within arts and culture with one flatmate studying sustainability. They all have their own social lives but are incredibly friendly and love a good chat, drink on the front steps, or even a cheeky trip to the pub! We've had dinners together outside and really cherish our time together.

We're looking for someone friendly who is as tidy as we are (although not militant) and also okay with their own space.

The Logistics:
Bills come roughly to £80 per month for council tax, internet, gas & electric, water, and loo roll subscription, although it can vary slightly. You would be picking up the water bill.

The move-in date is available ASAP however you can move in up until the 14th of October.
