Hi! I'll be leaving this flat next month, and I'm looking for someone interested in taking over the remainder of my lease until mid-September.
The flat is just off Caledonian Road, and very well-connected by bus and train. You can easily walk to Caledonian Road station or Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Station, and King's Cross is very nearby.
There are currently 2 flatmates, but the bathroom is only shared with one other guy (who will probably also be gone for the summer, so you could potentially have the bathroom to yourself). Both are postgrad students who are now graduating and starting work.
All bills and utilities are included in the rent (along with wifi and council tax), and the agency even has cleaning included for common areas.
The area is quite nice, with lots of options for food and groceries around, but also pretty quiet.
