The Property:
This is 3 bed room apartment where one of the bedrooms is up for rent. The property is managed by a company, who have ticketing system for any issues you encounter and are accountable.
The room is bright and spacious and has a big balcony, which is almost a room of its own. You will get plenty of sunshine and air (see videos).

Why am I vacating this property now?
I really enjoy living here and will miss this place. But due to change in personal circumstances, I need to move in to a bigger house soon.
