We have a double room in our 4 bed house. The house is situated right next to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard, which offers plenty of pubs/bars, restaurants and shops and it is a short walk to Angel and Upper Street. Regent's canal and KX and St Pancras are 5-10 minutes walk away so it is easy to travel anywhere by train!

The house is terraced with front and back gardens. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There's a kitchen/dinning room with a separate living room (with TV and all the necessary add-ons) and broadband is pretty fast. There is one bathroom and an additional toilet. We have just had all new double glazed windows fitted, so the house is toasty during the colder months. We have district heating so the energy prices should remain low.

The house was refurbished in September 2022 with a new kitchen, flooring and was decorated throughout. The earliest move in date is 1st September but could be flexible and moved a little later if required.

The room has a double bed, big wardrobe and shelving.

We are professionals who have been in London for a few years. Vicki is a Doctor, Marco works in digital and . We are looking for someone easy going, that likes to socialise when at home and is a considerate house mate. We keep the house clean and tidy and tend to eat together a couple of times a week or catch up over brunch on a Saturday depending on everyone's schedule.
