Hi I’m a 35 year old, professional who works 9-5 .

I have spare double room as my daughter has gone to live with her dad for the next couple Of years .

I’m looking for someone who is tidy. As I have recently had the house refurbished .. Don’t mind if they smoke but they will have to use the garden or go outside . I’m friendly outgoing and don’t mind the company .

Tv is included. White leather king size bed as well . Wardrobe Wi-Fi

Happy to get a cleaner once a month which we could split together . Non mandatory.

Holding deposit will be required to secure room once accepted, which will offset against the one month deposit due . A one month upfront. With deposit.

Room will be available from the beginning 1st of February 2024( would only be a share with me )
