We are 3 friends searching for a 4th female flatmate who is looking for a home as one of our housemates is moving away to be closer to work. You’ll be sharing the house with Julia, Meagan and Rachael..

We have a really relaxed, clean and homey vibe within our house. As a flat we love cosy nights in, monthly craft nights which we started doing a few months back (portraits, sushi making, bake off), takeaways, chick flicks, nights out, hungover walks through broadway market, eating out, raves, festivals, and hosting the occasional house party. (This is not a party house though).

About the house
The house is on brick lane, the closest station is Shoreditch high street, which is a 5 minute walk. Old street station (Northern Line) is a 15 minute walk away. The district/Hammersmith line (Aldgate East) is also a 15 minute walk away.

The house consists of 3 floors, separate kitchen and Livingroom, dining table, private parking, private garden, and secure bike storage. We have a smart TV that has Netflix and Amazon prime. Bills come to around £100. You'll be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls.

We have a bulk Tesco order every other month for our cleaning/laundry supplies/ general kitchen bits.

The main highlight of the house is having a private garden, we are looking forward to summer bbqs in the sunshine! However it's slightly overgrown at the moment with us going into winter

About the room
The room is a box double bedroom located on the 2nd floor - the room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe space with a second chest of drawers inside. There isn’t space for a desk but if you do work from home 1 or 2 days there is a table in the livingroom.

The tenancy runs until next April, with the option to renew for another year. There will unfortunately be an added cost of 120 for the change of name on the tenancy agreement.

About you
We are looking for a future flatmate who will fit into the house, looking for a young professional female between the ages of 23-30, working weekdays 9-5, have an established friendship group in London already but also keen to become friends and hang out as flat.
