I’m leaving my room in a modern, spacious, and stunning flat in De Beauvoir Town (Hackney Borough) as I’m planning to move together with my girlfriend.
The room has all the necessary furniture and plenty of sunlight throughout the day. you will have your own private bathroom.

The flat itself is very large (95 sq m) and is located on a wonderful part of the super charming Regent’s canal. There is a large balcony overlooking the canal for which the room has direct access to. As the flat is South facing you can literally sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun the whole day, if the weather allows it, an absolute blessing!
There is a big open kitchen with all of the necessary equipment and the flat is furnished with all you need.

You will be sharing the flat with a lovely couple who have their own separate room and bathroom.
The guy (Max) is originally from Belgium and works as a software developer who is into (film) photography and music (we’ve got a truly amazing sound system in the flat with dozens of vinyl’s).
The girl (Lucila) is originally from Argentina and works as a fashion designer. She’s truly the sweetest and most caring individual I know in London. We also got a 9-month old cat called Mia who is our official mascot and loves to be cuddled and showered with attention. And she’s objectively the cutest thing on earth, whether you’re a cat person or not. :)

The flat is located 5 min from the Haggerston Overground station and is right next to Kingsland road where you got many busses heading towards Liverpool Str / Bank / Waterloo. It’s also a 10 min walk from Broadway Market and a 15 min walk from Angel and Shoreditch.
