SHORT LET ONLY - The room is at Beaumont Court, a student accommodation, and has its own shower and toilet. The kitchen is shared with four other female students. I am looking for a replacement student who can take my room any day from now on till the 14th of September when my contract ends. Bills are included. A university student -preferably a UCL student- can take over my tenancy. The flat is really central, within walking distance to King's Cross, Euston, UCL, and also to Camden High Street which is 400 metres away. There is a reception and 7/24 security cameras. Short-let only. Flatmates are great; all female master and PhD UCL students.

The room looks better in reality than in photos. (I was pleased when I saw the accommodation in person. Expected it to be much smaller.) You can search about Beaumont Court online.
