The Bedroom
Very large bedroom with high ceilings, plenty of natural light two from roof windows on the west and a big window on the east side giving you sunlight from dawn to dusk. Plenty of space for all your stuff, a great environment to work from home. It is unfurnished but some furniture pieces are available from the flatmate who is leaving. The bedroom is located on the top floor, shared with one other individual and a bathroom. The other rooms are on other floors, so there is a real sense of space around the flat.

The House & People
The 4 bed house is bright and homely. It offers a lot of space and sunlight: the big living room has floor to ceiling windows facing the street coupled with a skylight at the back of the house. Our house features two staircases, including a spiral staircase connecting our living room to the open plan kitchen and dining room. There are two bathrooms, one with shower the other with the bath. There is also a garage with handy bike racks and storage. We have great neighbours and are on a quiet street.

You will share with 2 creatives and sporty guy who loves to play tennis. We are all professionals who split time between the office and working from home. We cook, watch films and chill with a glass of wine after work. We enjoy spending time together and do our own thing too. Our ideal housemate is tidy, chill and in their late 20s / early 30s.

Location
Tucked away in a quiet street minutes away from Highbury and Islington station the location is just fabulous. Close to Upper Street, Highbury Fields and a good mish mash of pub options.
