We have a room available opposite Clapham North Station. Unfortunately our flatmate is about to move and we’re looking for a new social and friendly flatmate.
The Flat
The room has a double bed, and has ample amounts of storage with a built in shelved cupboard, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom is modern and will be shared between the 3 of us. The kitchen has been refurbished in the past year and has a decent amount of storage. There’s also a living room in the flat, which is quite spacious and comfortable.
The rent is £935 per month (including all bills, council tax and wifi), with a deposit of £750. We have a really good relationship with our landlord and can message him anytime we need.
The room will be available from 1st July with rent due on the 1st of each month.
Location
The flat is in a great location. It’s a 30 second walk to Clapham North station (Northern Line), 3 minute walk to Clapham High Street station (Overground) and a 10 minute walk to Stockwell station (Victoria Line).
There are loads of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. We’re also a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common, which is great for food, drinks, sports, running and nights out. There are also lots of gyms within a short walk of the flat.
Flatmates

We both tend to work a mixture of in the office and occasionally from home - The flat isn’t generally suitable for majority work from home.
We’re looking for a chill and friendly flatmate who’s a similar age and would like hang out sometimes - watching tv on an evening or going for a drink, but we also all have our own lives and respect each other’s space. Also looking for someone who’s clean and tidy :)
