We have a large double room up for grabs in our flat perfectly situated off Clapham High Street. It's a short walk to either Clapham North or Clapham Common stations so great for commuting and close all the bustling restaurants/bars on offer on the high street. The house is fully furnished and has a courtyard with bbq too!

The room is £852 pcm and Bills are included. The room is available immediately and The current lease will run until the 8th of May 2021.

You'll be living with 1 Aussie and 1 English guy, Jarrod (28) and Dan (30), with both guys working in finance. They like to travel (who knows when that will return), socialise, have a drink and get up to antics on the weekends. They also watch and play sport plus enjoy the occasional bit of trashy tv.

We're looking for someone who is pretty chilled, will tidy up after themselves, up for a bit of a laugh and keen to hang out.
