👋🏽- I’m Jonny, 32, young professional, work in Ldn Bridge, looking for someone to rent the spare room from now but fairly flexible on moving dates.

Brand new flat, moved in few weeks ago and fully furnished.

Room: £985 bills incl. you’d be first in the room- fully furnished with new double bed frame, new mattress, built in wardrobes, own private bathroom (I have my own) plus Sky, broadband and Sky Q UHD/premium Netflix in every room (TV flatscreen incl in your spare room). Additional furniture also available on request e. g. drawers chest etc. Large balcony facing park with furniture (chairs and table). Private courtyard, locked in-building cycle store, parking permit available for spaces within complex, full new Smeg appliances; washing machine, dishwasher etc. Great flat mate included.

Transport: I work in central London so was big thing for me to be able to get fast tube into central before I moved here.. so...

Clapham Common, south or north closest tube. Can walk either in 10/15 mins but quicker to get bus (yes a bus 😂 which’ll get you to either one in about 6 mins as roughly equidistant on tfl routes).

From tube Clapham stations (Northern Line) it’s about 10/15 mins to London Bridge. About same to Oxford circus with a change.

I do: door to door; home to London Bridge in 25 mins max on bus and tube as an example.

Brixton tube is a 10 minute bus.

Love socialising and enjoying local area. Love sports, socials, FOOD, amongst plenty other interests. [insert statement trying to sound cool here].
Never done spare room before always lived with uni mates now on my own and looking to fill spare room.

Looking to fill the room with male or female no preference (lived with both over last 10 years) and get on with someone who’s chilled and sociable.
