Hello lovely people! I am advertising my cosy double room in Clapham Common because I will be moving back home, otherwise I am very sad to let this lovely room go. You will be sharing with 2 Aussie lads and 2 wonderful English gals who are all absolute gems and make a wonderful house to live in. I am ideally looking for someone to move in on the 15/16th of December.

About the room:

The room has a lovely large window that allows lots of natural light in (I have kept many plants in this room who are content with the level of sunlight).

The room will come with:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe with drawers
- Bed side table

(The desk, chair and TV in the photos are mine and will be taken with me. There is a lovely wooden bed frame that will be put back in before I leave, I just chose to dismantle it to create more space)

About the flat and flatmates:

The flat is directly opposite Clapham Common Park (open the front door and you are right there) which makes it a lovely neighbourhood to live in, with Clapham junction and all its amenities just a 10-15 minute walk away.

There is a cosy kitchen which opens into a shared living room. There is a separate toilet and shower room which means the toilet is always available even if someone is in the shower. There is also 'the cupboard' in which there is space for some extra storage if needed.

There is also a weekly cleaner who comes by every Monday, so the house is always clean and tidy.

- In room one is our lovely and very chill couple Matt and Abi who are an electrician and designer respectively.
- Next is Jas, a bright and bubbly yoga teacher who is always up for a nice chat and a coffee (Beware of being talked into a Pret subscription).
- Finally is Jesse who is a chef by trade but is currently working in construction and eats a surprising amount of toast despite his amazing culinary skills.

They are all very friendly and enjoy chilling in the living room to watch some TV or up for having a few drinks, but similarly are super respectful of your space.

The average amount for bills per month is around £70.

This includes:
- Weekly cleaner
- Fast broadband and TV
- Gas & Electricity
- Council Tax

The deposit is £325 and the terms are fairly flexible so we are open to short term lets.
