I’m sadly moving on, so I’m looking for someone to take my room. You’ll be living with 4 fun young professionals all currently working from home (planning officer at local council, recruiter, campaigns at feminist charity, and digi work).

We like music, house roasts/curry nights, reading, cycling and all the pubs / galleries / cafes that London has to offer outside of lockdown

Gorgeous furnished double bedroom, sharing bathroom with one other person (house has two bathrooms)

Storage space, big window, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and space for desk.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dining table.

Spacious living room open plan kitchen too, big windows and fire place. Many houseplants!!

Great location, 15 min walk from Clapham Common station (northern line), 20 minute walk to Clapham Junction, 13 mins to Wandsworth Road Station and 13 mins to Queenstown Road station. Loads of buses incl to Vauxhall for Victoria line too.

Wandsworth Council Tax which is WAY cheaper than Lambeth and permit parking available outside.
