Unfortunately my housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so I’m looking for someone to fill his room in our flat.
The flat is in such a good location with a 30 second walk to the bars and restaurants of Clapham High Street.
The room is king sized, comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, king sized bed and a TV! There’s is room for a desk but this wasn’t included.
I’m 24, very sociable and easy going. I’m currently working from home 2/3 times a week. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, pubs and just being out and about in London. I have my life outside of the flat, however I would want someone that would want to be friends and not just strangers.
Rent would start on 13th November, but this is quite flexible if needed. Photos are the agents photos from Jan. Would have to be a name change on the contract so referencing etc.
