Small double bedroom available in friendly house share between Clapham and Battersea.

Large dining/kitchen with washing machine, separate large living room and back yard great for BBQs. The room available has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table with drawers.

Current housemates are:

Dan - 33 - architect - into fitness and makes yummy Italian food
Ari - 29 - nurse - CrossFit mad and also amazing Italian!
Millie - 14 - chocolate labrador - likes sleeping and teddy bears

We're a tidy, social house and get along well but don't live in each other's pockets. Like to get on with our own stuff and occasionally cook a roast dinner together or share a bottle of wine in front of the TV. Millie is a lovely old girl - friendly, docile and sleepy.
