Hello!

We have a lovely double room available in our 3 bedroom flat in Clapham Common.

The flat boasts LOTS of natural light, with an open plan kitchen and living room downstairs. The bedrooms are upstairs with one big shared bathroom.

I am very sad to leave this flat, but have decided to move in with my boyfriend. This flat is in an absolutey prime location, and we literally have Clapham Common on our doorstep. It’s also a 7 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station, with lots of bus stations next to the flat.

The current tenants are 2 girls from NZ and US. We all work during the day and are sociable and very chilled. We respect each other’s space, while also having a wine together when we fancy in the evening. We have a lovely balcony, which has saved us during lockdown! And we would love for someone to join us in our homely flat.

The flat will be available the end of Feb. We are happy to take viewings, or do FaceTime viewings too. Give us a message if interested!
