Hi all! Our flatmate sadly decided to move in with her bf and we are now looking for a person to take up the room in a lovely house with a garden in Hackney.

It's a newly refurbished three bedroom house in Hackney. Closest stations - Hackney Downs (10 min) and Hackney Central (10 min). They will take you to Liverpool street station and Stratford where you can take National Rail, Elizabeth Lin’s, DLR, Central, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, etc etc.

The house is 2 min away from Hackney Downs park. It has everything needed for comfort living and if not, it can be arranged. TV, garden, washing machine, etc.

The rent is  £900 + bills (which we are about £100 for each person).
