We have a double room available for £722 pcm (£623.50 deposit) as I am sadly leaving London.

You would be living with 6 wonderful and easygoing people, who range in ages from 24-39. We are a mixed profession household working across healthcare, theatre, chefing, SEN teaching, fashion. We all get on well and enjoy hanging out together when we can.

Bills are not included in the rent, and come to about £90 a month. These cover a cleaner who comes weekly, internet, council tax, gas & electricity.

The house is located in a leafy residential area of Lower Clapton that is just off Chatsworth Road and close to lots of green spaces - Millfields park, Hackney marshes, Lea Valley. We have a shared living room, two bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room area, basement and a garden.

Homerton and Clapton overground stations are a 15 minute walk away. We also have great bus connections within a few minutes walk from our house.
