£839 pcm, bills are approx £106 a month. Would adjust this according to length of your stay, and am willing to negotiate on price for the right person.

It's a lovely double room with good storage space, comfy bed, a piano (if that's a bonus for you?), and a desk. The house is gorgeous - we love living here. There's a bright living room with lots of plants, a big kitchen with all appliances etc, and a lovely garden with rose bushes.

Housemates are easy going and friendly, and often cook and eat together - you're welcome to join, or do your own thing :)

Location is unbeatable. We are 1 minute from Chatsworth Road with shops, cafes, & restaurants, and the Hackney Marshes and River Lea are super close by for lovely nature walks.
