Clapton Warehouse Unit 24: first and foremost we value having ultimate respect for each other and each other’s belongings/sleep schedules.

We are all really fun, unique characters, who love to play board and video games, go out together and be a massive welcoming family to anyone who joins.
We all have our own interests (we have a museum curator, stylist, animator, child therapist, students, a sexual health worker to name a few professions!) and in our little community we share our passions, teach each other talents or just chat shit over a beer. Naturally weekdays end up being quieter evenings, but there’s always a sense of family and love in the house.

We share this amazing warehouse, currently: 5 people all together; guys & girls (a great mix).

We have one very large and beautiful double room available NOW in our cool warehouse in trendy East London, we are looking for some new housemates to move in to our chilled warehouse, it's not a party house but we do have the occasional few per year :)

We're a friendly bunch who likes to hang out on occasion and do festivals together, but we also respect each others own space and privacy.

We all come from different places and countries all around the world, we're English, Italian, French, Romanian, Ghanaian, Brazilian, Australian and German. So a happy international mix!

This lovely double room features a newly refurbished comfy and spacious double bed, with good storage, plus a wardrobe. You will have a lot of space to decorate your room.

This amazingly cool warehouse if full of creatives so like-minded new flatmates would be preferred, but anyone is welcome,
This warehouse is huge and have a shared living area plus a very large kitchen, all in all 10 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Bills (such a broadband) is all included and there is also a regular cleaner coming around to take care of the shared areas.

There's a few warehouses on the same street in locally and this area has a very good and close-knitted community where people hang out together and socialise, there's a huge space where we lounge and have lunches/ dinners together.

Due to the fact that we are all working most of the day, we have now arranged for a trusted agent to handle the viewings for us;

Viewings will start in the nearest future,
Weekdays : 6pm - 8pm
Saturdays : 10am - 1pm
