Hi all!
I have a double room £750pm for single person plus £500
all bills included.( WiFi, cleaner once a week, cleaning products etc) There’s all kitchen appliances available from kettle/toaster/fridge/washing machine/tumble dryer… we all share so not a problem if you want to use anything in the kitchen even pots and pans, cutlery, cups etc as longs as you wash and clean up after yourself :)

The house has a garden with big kitchen with sofa and dining table. Two toilets one downstairs and bathroom with WC upstairs. The house is quiet most of the time as everyone is working during the day. There are 2 females and 2males currently living in the house. 1 doctor/ teacher/electrician/Cashier. We are all Turkish origin but we are open to anyone around the world. Everyone minds their own business as everyone works and don’t really have time to socialise.
We have a dog Rocky, little yorkie so you MUST be an animal lover!

Moving date can be arranged to suit the new tenant once discussed.
