Hello! One of our flatmates is sadly moving out soon and we are looking for a new person to join our lovely house. The room will be available mid November, with some flexibility.

—Room—
The room is a large double room that gets a lot of light and comes furnished with a chest of drawers, small shelves and a wardrobe. The house is spread over 2 floors and the room is situated on the first floor.

—House—
Our house is a lovely 3-bed place, offering a lot of space.
The house has a bathroom (upstairs) and toilet (downstairs), which makes it very comfortable having only three people in the house. The bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower, and there is a lot of space to store cosmetics. The toilet has a sink and a big mirror. Both the bathroom and the toilet have windows which makes them bright and nice.

The comfortable and large kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, large fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster. We are always happy to share all the pots, pans, plates, cutlery and other things. The kitchen is connected with a living room, where we have a sofa and a large dining table. Through a French window you can enter a little outdoor area at the back of the house. The outdoor area is fenced so it is a great place to store a bike!

Additionally, the house has two storage cupboards, which are ideal for storing additional equipment like travel suitcases, boxes, sport or cleaning equipment, etc.
We are also happy to share all basic stuff like a hoover, iron, ironing board, drying racks, mop, etc.

The house is in an enclosed area with a locked gate, which makes it very calm and safe. We have a parking space available in front of the house.

—Cost—
The rent is £675 per month. The flat really feels like a great value for this price! The bills are not included: add water, electricity, internet and council tax.
The deposit is a one month rent. It is paid to the agency and secured by them. There is also a reference fee.

—Flatmates—
You would be sharing the house with two friendly, clean and easy-going people. One of us is a music technician at the City Academy and the other one is a scuptor working in the movie industry.
It is not a party house, but we are totally fine with inviting friends for dinner or so. We respect each other's privacy and space but are happy to take the opportunity to sit and chat together.

—Transport—
The house is about 7 minutes walk from the Homerton Overground Station, which offers a great connection with Central London. There are also lots of alternative bus routes within short walking distance. There are night buses from the centre of London (including Marble Arch) stopping about 15 minutes walk from our house.
Additionally, we are just 15 minutes walk away from Hackney Central, and you can get to Liverpool Street in 20-30 minutes as well.

—Area—
Homerton and Hackney are very trendy areas. Our neighbourhood is full of tasty take-aways, nice restaurants, grocery shops and bars. The huge Tesco store is just 15 minutes walk away.
Homerton is also just two stops away from the Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre and the Olympic Park (with an amazing swimming pool and fitness centre!). We also have lots of parks around, including a few small ones just a few steps away, and the large and beautiful Victoria Park ~15 minutes walk away.
