Fully Furnished small double bedroom. It has a double bed and large wardrobe.

I live in a 2 bedroom period cottage on the Main Street in Thornton.

You will have full access to the cottages Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room and Bathroom. I also have wifi broadband available for your use. Along with Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney plus. A cleaner every two weeks that cleans the house including your room.

There is a lovely garden to the rear of the property, which is a sun trap during the summer months.

In a village setting with Thornton Reservoir a short walk from the cottage, there is easy access to the M1 motorway at Junction 22. The centre of Leicester, Fosse Park and the Meridian entertainment park are all within a 20 to 30 minutes driving distance, providing a range of shops, restaurants, cinema’s and fitness centre’s.

Gas, water and electricity are included in the rent, though use of the land line is not included.

1 month's rent is due in advance when accepting the room which will count as your 1st months rent on the day you move in. I require a full paid months notice when you leave.
