I rent a two bedroom flat which I shared with a friend up until last year when he decided to move as we had different risk aversion to COVID (maybe I was a bit too cautious for my age).

Anyway - we are all vaccinated now! So I am offering the ensuite for rent again.

Colindale saw massive expansion as new modern and high end residential developments started to appear since 2016. Since then, the East part of the area saw an inflow of families in the upper-middle income bracket (I think that is the correct stat). Anyway, the area is very quiet and every seems very polite. There are massive areas of greenery and flowers along the roads - plus there is a whole acre of very well maintained park which I love to do my mornings(though they are now more of evening) runs.

Pictures are obvious in showing the quality of the flat. There is everything you need in terms of white furniture: washer/dryer, dish washer, two ovens, induction hob...etc. Lots of storage space and all of that for a price below market rents (check prices for similar places).

Let us talk about transportation: I myself cycle to Mayfair when I have to be at the office (I work in the Buy-Side of Finance). I cycled since before graduation to uni - I only graduated last year. But if you are a car person; there are car parks in the development where you can rent a spot. Public transport is available too through the Colindale station which <10min walk if you are a decent walker.
