The flat itself is extremely safe and is conveniently located - 10min walk from Colindale underground station and a 2min walk from bus stops to the west end.
The Jubilee line at Kingsbury Station is also conveniently located. It's a 15min walk from the property.

Getting into central by tube is super easy:

Hampstead 15mins away
Camden Town 24mins away
Euston 28 mins away
Kings Cross 29 mins away
Leicester Square 32 mins away
London Bridge 42 mins away

Marks & Spencer, Starbucks, Aldi, Wilko, Asda and Morrisons are a stones away throw away.
There's also a Mcdonalds, KFC, and the Bangbang oriental Food court close by so lots of options if you like to eat out.
If you like to work out, there's an Anytime Fitness in the block and Evolve Gym 3 mins away.

Someone who puts things back where found, washes up after themselves within good time and doesn't leave things laying around the flat for days on end. It's expected that we both stay on top of keeping the shared areas tidy/clean. You will have sole use of the main bathroom - you will be expected to keep this clean.

No couples. Professional female preferred.

I eat halal or vegetarian meals, and don't want pork or piggie foods prepared or consumed in the flat. So you'd need to be ok with this. All other meat, fish, drinks are fine.
