Looking to share my home and my two very friendly Burmese house cats with single person, preferably professional, no couples. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-detached house with a fantastic outside area decked to lounge around with friends, BBQ or just relax with a book. The house has a secure garage and loft that could be used for additional storage or keeping your bicycle safe. There is free street parking if you have a car. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor where the double room is spacious with plenty of storage. Although, bathroom is not en-suite, it is your own. Pillows, down duvets (both summer & winter), linen and towels are also available if required. There is a large open plan dining room and lounge with fibre optic broadband, a blue-tooth radio/speaker and a large smart TV for sharing. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer and other general baking and kitchen equipment. A tidy quiet home with a promise of plenty of cuddles from my cats who enjoy attention or a warm lap.

My home is a 15 minute walk away from Colindale station and only 2-3 minutes from a number of bus stops with links to Wembley Park, Wembley Central, Kingsbury and Hendon stations. A large Sainsbury's, Lloyd's pharmacy and Halfords is a short 5-8 minutes walk away, a street away from the local high street with various places to eat at, convenience stores, bank teller, post office and hair dressers. It's 0.5 mile from Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi and others. The Arch North climbing wall is 1 mile away, the Gym London 10 minutes walk away and a number of playing fields and Welsh Harp open space for walking, running and cycling.
