I’m renting two double rooms in my beautiful five bedroom home. All bills are included in the price.

I live alone and work away from home at least three days a week. During this time the home will be available for you and one other lodger.

I’m planning to have a maximum of two lodgers in my house as it is really big and can accommodate more than just myself.

The top floor is where the two bedrooms are located. They have one shared bathroom between them that is to be used solely by the two lodgers.

I’m generally an easy going person who is sociable and friendly.
