This would suit a respectful, tidy, working professional. This is a 4 bedroom family home and you'd be living me with (female, 41, works in Education) and my teenager. I keep a quiet, clean and tidy home so would need someome who is similar and who keeps similar hours to me working daytimes.

I have sucessfully hosted lodgers for 6 years now and can be flexible to short (3 months minimum) or long term stays and I am happy to arrange a lower monthly rent amount if you are seeking a Mon-Fri only arrangement.

Your spacious room is on the top floor of our townhouse, the largest bedroom in the house at 25ft long and as it is the only room on that floor it is very private. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, storage unit, small sofa, chest of drawers and clothes hanging space. Shared use of a well equipped kitchen with all appliances and bathroom with bath and shower.

Non smokers only and please note we do not allow guests in the house.

£645 pcm rent- you'll receive a lodger license agreement. Rent includes all bills, council tax, TV licence and superfast broadband.

We are a 5 min walk to Woodmansterne Station and 10 min walk to Coulsdon South- both with direct trains to London. 10 min walk to Coulsdon High street shops. We are on the 166 bus route to Purley/Croydon/Banstead/Epsom. We also have a residents only carpark behind the house which you are free to use.
