There is also a garden behind the living room! The accommodation is a five minute drive to the university and about an 18minute walk. The bus stop is exactly outside the door if that is preferred transport choice. There is a local corner shop opposite the house and the city centre is about a 15 minute walk. The train station is nearby and the overall area is very safe and the neighbours and brilliant! The Rent has to be paid in two instalments. £2000 on January 1st. £2000 on April 1st. If there are complications in the dates that can be paid due to student finance then dates can be altered through discussion with the landlord. Tenancy ends on 7th August 2020.
