The house is close to public transport, It’s 10-15 minutes’ walk into city centre, train station and 5 min walk to local shopping parade, cafes, banks, chemist, doctors, dentists and parks. etc.

Transport is great & locals are friendly. There is direct bus to city centre, pool meadow, train station, Warwick University, Coventry University, Jaguar Landrover (Whitley) etc and connections to many others.

Suitable for someone friendly & not too noisy (mature, responsible, reliable, honest, kind & considerate, clean & tidy and respectful of others & their property - should I say more? lol) - basically a house trained decent human being - you will be expected to tidy up after yourself, wash your dishes/pots & pans and put them away after use and do your share to help keep the home safe & secure at all times and help keep shared areas clean & clear including taking turns emptying the internal bins out & putting out external bins for collection - the practicality of day to day living.

Happy to socialise but respectful if not.

Apologies the room/house is not suitable for couples, smokers or party animals.
