Hi everyone,

There is a huge double room available for rent in Earlsdon, one of the safest most beautiful neighbourhoods in Coventry.

I am a final year student and because I have to relocate, I need a tenant to move in and take up the rest of my tenancy contract until August and onwards. Longer contracts, of course, will be considered.

The room has amenities and local shops/pubs in close proximity, within 5-minutes walk. It has good access to the rail station - only 10 minutes away on foot. Additionally, there are takeaways and convenience stores just around the corner. A new bathroom, tub and toilet were fitted recently (in September). Additionally, the room has a lot of storage space and 2 very large wardrobes. New very fast broadband internet micro-fibre service (76 Mbps) was installed in December too.

The house is very nicely decorated and there is a shared living room, dining room, huge kitchen with a lot of space on cupboards, garden and bathroom. Another positive is that you deal with the landlady directly - no letting agents involved.

The landlady is very friendly, flexible, helpful and dedicated in maintaining/fixing anything necessary around the house in a timely manner. There are 3 tenants currently living in this property: me, a PhD student who is currently abroad and will be coming back in May and a professional Research Fellow.
All of the tenants are very welcoming, tidy, clean and the house is quiet for most of the day.

We are looking for a potential tenant who is tidy, relaxed and is able to respect other peoples' privacy. There are no hard rules in the house, just being helpful and respectful.

There is flexibility in the move-in date to be earlier/slightly later than 1st May.
