Double room with family bathroom next door - room comes fully furnished with double ottoman bed (bed lifts up so you can store things underneath) with all bedding included, wardrobe and bedside table with lamp. The decor of the room is neutral and the room is very light and airy. The family bathroom is situated next door to this room and the lodger will have sole use of this bathroom most of the time. The family bathroom has a bathtub with a shower overhead, sink, toilet and towel heater.

The House

The living room is decorated to a sophisticated taste and has a sofa, coffee table and tv and Wi-Fi internet.

The kitchen/dining area is fitted and decorated to a high standard with all new modern appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and electric hob. The dining area has space for 6 people. All crockery and cooking utensils and equipment are provided and can be shared.

There is a separate utility room at the side of the kitchen with a washer/dryer.
There is a downstairs WC with a toilet and sink and under the stairs cupboard space.

At the back of the house is a garden which can be accessed from the dining area or the utility room. The garden also has a gate which can be used to again access to and from the garage and driveway.

The garage has space for one car but will mainly be used for additional storage and there is a driveway.

The house is fitted with a security, smoke and carbon-monoxide alarm.
