One large room in Victorian house sharing with me and my adult daughter. We're friendly and easy going, I'm a professional artist. We have one friendly cat.

The room is newly decorated with a new carpet. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage unit, blanket box, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. (Mid-century modern desk and ercol chair not in pctures as they're a new addition. Apologies!)

Use of all facilities – large bathroom with powerful and spacious walk-in shower and free-standing bath; living room with wood burning stove, spacious conservatory kitchen diner with use of washer.

Additional cost for couple sharing.
Contribution to cost of logs for wood burning stove if using.
Free use of Wifi.
No TV
Unrestricted parking space at the side of the house and on nearby street.
Small Morrisons shop close-by, as are Ramshill shops.
11 minutes walk to theatre, 10 minutes walk to beach.

I'm easy going and friendly. Happy for tenants to have friends round and/or guests but this isn't a party house.

Not suitable for someone who would be in the house during the day or works from home during the day over the winter as the heating won't be on all day.
