Lovely large attic room with ensuite bathroom, wifi and Tv aerial in family home. Use of all amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooker etc. All bills and linen included.
The stairs up are a bit steep and would not suit anyone with significant mobility issues.
The house is on the High St in Cowbridge so perfect for shops, pubs and restaurants. Also on bus routes for Cardiff/Pontyclun/Bridgend/Por thcawl.
We have a very gentle greyhound lurcher.
**Female lodger preferred.
