House rabbit and a friendly dog. In house.

We are a family home, the house is non smoking and non vaping; quiet hours between 10pm and 7am and no working from home.

Monthly cost includes council tax and water/elec/gas and WiFi and streaming (Netflix/ Your own). No set to mornings and evenings in winter so nice warm house. Assumes all at work every day.
