Bedroom 3 consists of a medium sized room with closets, a double bed, and a workspace. The rent per calendar month is £650.

Bedroom 4 consists of a large room similar to rooms 1 and 2 however it does not have large bay windows. The rent per calendar month is £750.

Room 5 is a large en-suite with a glass sliding door, closets and a double bed from £850 per month.

Bedrooms 1-4 shares a shower, w. c and a wash basin with another bedroom.

The property has a large, shared lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen containing an oven, hob, washing machine, 2 fridges and 3 freezers with plenty space to share with your fellow students.

The property is off-campus and in good condition with the communal areas are cleaned weekly by an on-site caretaker. Outside of the property there are well maintained garden and parking with the University campus and closest supermarket being less than a 10 and 8 minute walk down the road respectively.
