We have remaining 1 large single room for long term let. These rooms share a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
This room has access to the shared kitchen; it has its own fridge, food cupboard and a drawer in the freezer.
All lodgers rent their rooms, bathroom facilities and the fully equipped kitchen/utility space. They also have dedicated outside space and weekly use of washing machine and tumble drier.
We have a cat and a visiting dog in the house so please don't enquire if you don't like animals!
All bills are included plus all cleaning materials. Communal areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaner. Bed linen is included in rent.
Often lodgers are students at Cranfield Uni as the house is very near the bus stop to the Uni and is within walking distance.
We expect any lodgers to make themselves at home but to be courteous and mindful of others, cleaning up after themselves and not disturbing the rest of the household.
