I'm Hen and I would like to rent out my room!

I'm a pretty kind, friendly person who likes to see friends at the weekend but also likes to stay in and cook and watch a good film in the week! I like to run, and also I'm really into cinema and women's football. I work in film.

The flat is really cosy and spacious, with an open plan kitchen/living area and gorgeous views. It is 15-20 minutes walk from lovely Crystal Palace.

The room is currently unfurnished, and is my office, as you can see from the photo, but I will obviously move my stuff out and we can collaborate on furnishing your space if you don't have everything! But hopefully you can get a sense of the size from the picture.

I am new to renting out this room, so I am pretty open to what the arrangement could look like - I am open to a Mon-Fri let, or to short term to see how we get along.
