Hi all!
I’ve just moved into a beautiful two bedroom maisonette in Anerley and I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom.
I am a 27 year old artist and I also teach online art classes. I love to cook, so anyone who moves in should expect to be force fed lots of vegetarian food.
The property is on the Ground floor with its own entrance. The second bedroom is a small double that is already furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a clothes rail. There is a lovely garden with a small greenhouse and lots of raised beds - any new tenant is very welcome to do as much or little gardening as they like!
I’m looking for someone tidy and sociable - it would be great to have a new Guinea Pig to cook for and have a natter with in the evening, but simultaneously, I also really value my own company. A balance between the two would be ideal! ☺️
