Small double room in spacious 3 bedroom detached property in Crystal Palace, £650 with all bills included. The room is bright, warm, with a walk in wardrobe/cupboard space.

Just off the triangle down a quiet side road. Beautiful large open plan property with patio/garden, nice and bright with sunlights. Close to bus station, Gipsy Hill and Crystal Palace train station. It is a really great property and we know we are lucky to have it!

We'd like someone super friendly but also respect of peoples space. The property is clean and tidy and ideally you would be too. We are easy going and friendly. It is usually nice and relaxed here with quiet nights in but we like to have the odd weekend party or gathering. In general it is fairly rare that we are all in at the same time so quite often you'll have the house to yourself.

We are looking for someone to move in very soon, ideally for the New Year, short notice we realise...
