Hello!! We have a double room going in our house in Clapton/Stoke Newington. We’re looking for someone nice who can join the house and replace me as I’m moving abroad. No preference regarding gender, please just send a couple of words about yourself :)

The house is a Victorian house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room area, balcony and kitchen.

The location is great, we are within a 10-minute walking distance from Stoke Newington, Clapton, and Rectory Road overground stations.

You will be leaving with Fearghas, working in cinema production and Alex who is an acoustic engineer.

We’re ideally looking for the same age range let’s say 25-45 and a clean, nice and fun person :)
