I am looking for a female lodger to rent a room in our family house. You would be living with me and my 14 year old daughter. There is shared living space, a shared bathroom and a garden. We live in Dartington village near the Cott Inn. Parking available. Also easy walking distance to Totnes. Looking for someone who works away from home or is a full time student and is clean and tidy. £500 deposit and references required. Ideally some one longer term but open to short term lets also. All bills are included except for council tax which is around £40 a month
