I am looking for a housemate to replace my current housemate as she has decided to move out next year. I am a current fourth year medic (so will be in my final year next year).
A housemate who lives the lifestyle of a busy young professional would be ideal.
I would expect to split bills in half between us, and share the cleaning equally too. No parties to be hosted in the house, and for my housemate to not have people staying over on a regular basis as the house is small. They cannot own a car because the house has only one parking space, which I already use.
The house is in a perfect location for both DMU, UoL and the LRI. 10 minute walk into the city centre and the train station. Landlord is great, and always sorts out any problems with the house urgently.
