At 21 Glossop Street, we are based just off of the bustling Evington High street.
15 minutes walk / 5 minutes cycle from the University of Leicester and Victoria park, 2 minutes from the 24/7 One Stop and the Coop.
We have great connections to the train station (20 min walk) town centre (20 min down New Walk) and local bus routes outside the house. On-street parking also down our street and the neighbouring ones.

The house is a 4 bed, (spare room also for visitors free for anyone to use) with a spacious living room and kitchen, enough room for relaxing and having friends round. We have a TV in the front room with Virgin media connected to Netflix/Prime/NowTv all included. Outside there is a small area for bike storage (or kayak storage in our case at the moment!) and a small seating area for smoking. No smoking in the house, unfortunately.

The room itself is a spacious double room suitable for a student or a couple, both professionals and students are welcome, currently, it is a mixed house of both students and professionals. The room has a large wardrobe and desk, and included with the bills is a second Virgin TV box equipped with all channels should you wish to watch TV in your room.

We are a fun household, not too loud but like to have a drink and a laugh occasionally. We have both males and females living here and are mostly graduates or masters and second-year students. We like to attend the pub or the park and anyone is welcome. The occasional BBQ in the garden is also encouraged.

In the house, we also have the resident bearded dragon, Gammorah, who lives in her vivarium in the front room. Pets are welcome here, but we don´t have a spacious garden so please consider this before committing.

We´re a friendly bunch so please don´t hesitate to give me a ring and you can come along and see the house, meet your potential housemates.

All bills are included in the price and a £100 deposit is required. Contracts can run however long you need the room for, talk to us and we can work something out. (No further fees are necessary after the deposit and weekly rent).
