Hello, I am looking for a tenancy replacement from February for my room in a very lovely two-bedroom flat in the city centre. It's £99 per week with sky high speed wifi included; bills are not high too :).
It is a double bedroom with a high ceiling with brand new heater. There is a
bathroom with a shower and a kitchen; both are shared with the other tenant. The girl has a room in front of that one, you barely can hear anything from that room. It is really quiet building. It is located on York Street next to Granby Street, so it is a city centre location, only a 5-minute walk to
Highcross and a 7-minute walk from De Montford University. Tesco express literally one minute away and many more shops like sainsburys. PureGym 5 minutes away. Leicester railway station is 7 minutes away. The building is located near London Road too. The other tenant is really lovely. She is a student and she keeps everything clean. She would like to live with someone under 30 years old.
