Hi and thanks for looking at the house! This is a large, spacious house, with four bedrooms, one with an en suite and another bathroom. Only three bedrooms will be filled, the other will be a spare room. There is a large kitchen, dining room and living room and small garden at the front and back of the house. There isn't a driveway but plenty of parking, no permits needed here and it’s a very quiet road as it isn’t a through road. 15 min walk to the centre of Lincoln, small local shop at the end of the road.

This is my only rental property and I live a few miles away, so I’m always there if there are any issues. You will deal directly with me instead of waiting to go through letting agents.

I've included all bills to make things easier and this includes internet.

The house is very spacious for a shared house, and as a landlord I want to make the house a lovely place for people to live. The kitchen and both bathrooms are new.
