I'm looking for 2 housemates for the next academic year. I'm a student at Lincoln but buying the house, so there can be flexibility with decorating the room. All are double beds. There is on-street parking available and a garden.
The property has been renovated, including a new boiler, bathroom, carpet/flooring and furniture. Some additional furniture (e. g wardrobes etc) are not in the pictures but will be present.
I'm very clean and tidy, and I'm not a party person. I'm looking for others who are the same. Renting a room will cost £410pcm including bills.
