Hey there, this is a double bedroom on the ground floor of a 5 bed semi detached house in Withington.
The amenities are as follows:

I am the current tenant of the room, and we are looking for a student to take my room whilst I am abroad on my erasmus semester from Febraury to May. We are a house of final year medical students who have just passed our finals so we are a bit more relaxed. Ideally we are looking for someone who is considerate, easy going and sociable.
