I've recently taken on the lease of a two bed flat right in the centre of Didsbury Village (Less than 30 seconds to the pub, 1 min to the tram, 5 mins to Aldi).

The available room is a furnished double with pretty much exclusive use of the flat's main bathroom. You'll notice there's no wardrobe in the pictures, but it's on its way! The rest of the flat is fresh and bright with a spacious open plan living/dining room leading to a decent sized kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. I've been living here for about a month and am gradually making it more and more homely, but there's still plenty of space for you to spread out your things and make your mark!

To the front of the flat is a yard/garden with a picnic table and washing line - good for summer BBQs unless the Manchester weather has other ideas! There's one allocated parking space with the flat- I don't have a car so this will be available most of the time.

I'm 27 and work standard office hours in the city centre during the week. I work from home once a week. I'm pretty active and enjoy running, cycling, climbing and going for walks. I do also really like my sofa, and spend a lot of time there binge watching Netflix. I'm equally up for a Sunday stroll, trying out restaurants, pub nights, low key nights out, and takeaways on the sofa. I'm keen to find someone who's looking for a flatmate to spend time with, rather than just a place to rent a room.

I'm pretty clean and tidy and like to keep my place homely and cosy- I like to live somewhere nice but I'm not going to lose my mind if the washing up isn't done immediately! I'm veggie but am known to eat an occasional bacon sandwich (oops) so respectful meat eaters are welcome. I try to be careful about waste so try shop, eat, and recycle conscientiously, so a willingness to make an effort in that area is appreciated.
